We specialize in both private and public credit & equities investments, with unique customization for achieving high alpha returns via special situations, levered buyouts and M&A opportunities.

We were founded in 2018, headquartered in Jakarta and with affiliate representatives in Bangkok and Singapore.

Some of our founders have been originating and managing investments since 1991 in preceding appointments at investment banks and funds. Since 2014, our key members have collaborated on numerous investments with our current key partners around the region, namely, Prime Street Advisory, Orchard Capital Asia, Henan Putihrai Capital, Cove Capital and Khronos Advisory.
