KIS Asia is an alternative investment originator and manager focused primarily in Southeast Asian, with coverage throughout the entire Asia Pacific region. We specialize in both private and public credit & equities investments, with unique customization for achieving high alpha returns via special situations, levered buyouts and M&A opportunities.

We were founded in 2018, headquartered in Jakarta and with affiliate representatives in Bangkok and Singapore.

Some of our founders have been originating and managing investments since 1991 in preceding appointments at investment banks and funds. Since 2014, our key members have collaborated on numerous investments with our current key partners around the region, namely, Prime Street Advisory, Henan Putihrai Capital, Cove Capital and Khronos Advisory.

Notable investments that KIS Asia participated in, either directly or indirectly/via affiliates include, among others : (i) Capitalization of three telecommunication infrastructure projects (ii); Levered buyout of an operating gold mine operation in Eastern Indonesia; (iii) Funding of utility and infrastructure projects; (iv) Funding of forest-based carbon credit projects; (v) Growth capital for numerous financial technology projects including decentralized blockchain project; and (vi) Growth capital for numerous software/SaaS projects.
